Our delicious Garlic Honey is made with fresh garlic, honey from Paradise Nectar Apiaries treatment-free hives, brown sugar, rice vinegar, tamari, and spices.  It is a delicious blend of flavors slow-cooked to make an amazing marinade, glaze, or drizzled all over your favorite dish.  It goes well with tofu, chicken, potatoes, breadfruit, cassava, rice, noodles, vegetables, etc.  Our Garlic Honey is a house specialty.  It is a favorite for many of our customer on our chicken & veggie blini wraps.

At Island Organic Cuisine we use only organic ingredients to make all of our menu options.  Our honey is harvested by Chef Jen Lair, owner of Island Organic Cuisine and Paradise Nectar Apiaries.  Our business was inspired by honeybees and our efforts to care for them.  We use only Paradise Nectar Apiaries honey on our sauces and dressings to ensure that you get the most pure honey that the bees can provide. 
Paradise Nectar Apiaries has been a treatment-free beekeeping company since 2009, which means that we do not use any miticides, herbicides, feeding supplements, antibiotics, or any other form of manipulation to interfere with our bees development.  We let the bees do what they do best, adapt, evolve, and grow strong.
